REFUND POLICY:
- 1. Payment / Deposit.
- • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date(s). The deposit amount varies depending on the event type. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the rental. Alternate payment terms may be negotiated in advance.
- 2. Credit Card Convenience Fees.
- 1. A 3.5% convenience fee (subject to change) will be applied to payments made by credit card.
- 3. Interruptions.
- • The facility is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, power outages, etc.). Every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.
- 4. Assignment.
- • Neither party may transfer or assign its rights or obligations under this agreement without prior written consent from the other party.
- 5. Schedule Changes.
- • Any requested changes to scheduled dates or times must be approved by the facility and are subject to availability.
- 6. No Refund for Unused Time.
- • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental time.
- 7. Cancellations / Refunds.
- • Either party may cancel this agreement with at least 30 days’ written notice. Refunds, if applicable, are contingent upon the space being re-rented and will be issued as account credit.
