MEET OUR TEAM
Mike McAlpin: Owner
After 34 years as a partner in a manufacturing business, Mike decided to go in a completely different direction. He left the family business and purchased TCSC, establishing a new legacy in a market that was near and dear to his heart. Mike and his wife Debbie were introduced to indoor sports in 2009 when their oldest child, Mike Jr. began to play competitive volleyball. Soon after, their daughter Christina also began to compete in the sport. It didn't take long to realize that there was a need for quality indoor facilities. Mike found himself assessing each venue he visited, noting the positives and the negatives. Fast forward to 2019 Mike purchased TCSC, one of the finest indoor sports facilities in the northeast. Today, with a strong team behind him, Mike is "Living the Dream" and working hard to continue to make TCSC the region's first choice for indoor sports.
Sean Harris: General Manager
After an exciting high school athletic career at Portville Central School in Western NY, where he played football, basketball, baseball, and ran track, Sean decided to attend St. John Fisher College where he would spend the next 4 years playing baseball and studying sport management. During this time, Sean participated in internships and volunteer experiences that guided him toward the indoor sports community. Before he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in August 2020, he interned with TCSC where found a passion for the business and its loyal customers. Sean stayed with the facility in a part-time role following graduation, along with working as a strength coach at a local gym until June of 2021, where he took over as the GM at TCSC. Today, Sean is excited to work with the team to establish TCSC as one of the top indoor sports facilities in the northeast.
